Veterinary Services

Veterinary services are provided by Aldington Equine Vets LTD who are a equine only practice and based less than 10 minutes away.

Being a small practice just treating horses and employing only horsey people, we feel we can offer a more personalized caring service. We have three experienced equine vets so your mare will not be attended by an unfamiliar or inexperienced vet who has no knowledge of horses.

We are fully equipped to carry out AI.

We were the first practice in the UK to obtain the new BCF ultra lightweight portable equine scanning unit for pregnancy scanning, tendon scanning and A.I work. Ultrasound images can be stored and e-mailed or printed off later.

We offer competitive rates for visits, scanning and A.I. All veterinary fees will be payable to the stud owner before collection of your mare.
